About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented L&D Intern (Admin) to support the Learning & Development team in executing training programs and managing day-to-day coordination activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to gain hands-on experience in training operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions
- Coordinate with trainers, internal stakeholders, and candidates
- Share training invites, reminders, and follow-up emails
- Maintain and update training calendars and records
- Track attendance and prepare basic reports
- Support in managing LMS (Learning Management System) activities
- Ensure smooth execution of training sessions from start to finish
- Handle administrative tasks related to L&D operations
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
- Interest in Learning & Development or HR domain
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior internship or experience in coordination/admin roles
