Role Description The Learning & Development Intern will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for learners at CDA Academy. This full-time, on-site role in Kozhikode involves assisting with course planning, creating learning materials, and helping manage training schedules and learning platforms. The intern will collaborate with instructors and staff to coordinate sessions, gather learner feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of the academy’s programs. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing training resources, tracking learner progress, documenting outcomes, and supporting workshops or live sessions. The role offers exposure to digital marketing education, instructional design practices, and learning operations within an academy environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Learning Management to support the planning and coordination of educational programs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design to assist in creating engaging, learner-focused content and materials.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Coaching skills to interact effectively with learners and support their development.
- Interest in digital marketing, education, or HR development, with willingness to learn and apply new concepts.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, HR, Business, Psychology, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic proficiency with online learning tools, office productivity software, and documentation practices is beneficial.
