Job Description
Job Title: Learning & Development Executive
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Department: HR / Learning & Development
Role Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment & L&D Executive who will manage end-to-end recruitment and support learning & development activities. The candidate should have experience in hiring, LMS management, TNI preparation, and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Learning & Development
- Assist in identifying training needs (TNI)
- Coordinate and track training programs using LMS
- Support induction and onboarding sessions
- Collect feedback and maintain training records
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Basic knowledge of LMS.
- Experience in TNI and training coordination.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Recruitment and L&D.
