Job Description
FACE Prep is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic L&D Executive to support training and learning initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or employee engagement, preferably in the EdTech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage training programs and learning sessions
- Support onboarding and employee development activities
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and reports
- Track learning progress and maintain training records
- Communicate effectively with trainers, employees, and stakeholders
- Assist in organizing virtual and classroom training sessions
- Gather feedback and help improve learning initiatives
Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Interest in training, learning, and employee development
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate/postgraduate
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Immediate joining preferred
- Personal laptop mandatory
