Position Summary :
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR - Learning & Development Specialist based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training and development programs. They will identify learning needs, create curriculum and materials, conduct workshops, and track the effectiveness of initiatives. This role requires collaboration with management and staff to foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify learning and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with managers.
• Develop annual training plans and budgets.
• Conduct onboarding and cross culture orientation programs.
• Partner with external trainers/vendors when required.
• Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create career development and succession planning programs.
• Manage and maintain ILMS platforms.
• Generate training reports and dashboards by track training participation and effectiveness.
• Measure training effectiveness by using feedback, assessments, and KPIs.
• Ensure mandatory training compliance are done (POSH, fire safety, IT, Legal and Quality Management)
• Develop and maintain talent maps for critical roles and future business needs.
• Work closely with leadership team in hiring managerial roles and address engagement gaps.
• Partner with recruitment teams to support hiring strategies.
• Track KPIs such as engagement scores, internal mobility rate, succession coverage ratio, and talent bench strength.
• Develop talent acquisition analytics, compensation analysis, and diversity metrics.
• Design employee engagement initiatives and cross culture-building programs with international stakeholders to improve retention and performance..
• Analyze performance data, rating distributions, and performance trends.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Support the implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Work with senior managers to track and monitor employee performance improvement.
• Promote continuous feedback and coaching culture across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or Organizational Development.
• Strong understanding of talent mapping, succession planning, and engagement frameworks.
• Experience using HR analytics tools, LMS and HRIS platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
