Job Title: Learning Design & Delivery Lead
Work Mode: Primarily remote, with occasional onsite engagements for training delivery
Role Overview
Lead end-to-end learning solutions—from identifying needs to designing impactful programs and ensuring high-quality delivery that drives measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to identify learning needs, define objectives, and build High-Level Designs (HLDs)
- Translate HLDs into detailed Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and oversee content development
- Design facilitator guides, participant materials, and blended learning experiences
- Deliver key programs and enable trainers through Train-the-Trainer sessions
- Ensure seamless execution and high engagement across learning interventions
- Measure program effectiveness and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, solutions, and client delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in learning design and facilitation/delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
- Ability to design and deliver impactful, learner-centric programs
- Data-driven approach to measuring and improving learning outcomes
