Job details:
Qualifications & Experience
•3–5 years of experience in learning design, instructional design, or L&D consulting.
•Hands-on experience managing learning projects end-to-end, including timelines, stakeholders, and quality review.
•Demonstrated use of AI tools in a learning design or content development workflow.
•Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, or equivalent.
•Solid understanding of adult learning principles, behaviour change models, and instructional design frameworks.
•Experience designing for both classroom (ILT) and virtual/digital formats.
•Strong communication, attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
•Exposure to game-based or experiential learning design is a plus.
•Certification in instructional design, facilitation, project management, or AI tools will be an advantage.
