Job Description
You will lead the end-to-end learning journey from needs analysis and content design to
facilitation and impact measurement. This role blends strategic thinking, instructional design
expertise, and facilitation excellence to ensure every learning experience is meaningful,
measurable, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Needs Analysis
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to identify learning objectives and
performance outcomes.
- Conduct focus group discussions, gather insights to create High-Level Designs(HLD)
- Define evaluation and assessment frameworks aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with solutions teams to shape proposals and finalize contracts.
- Design & Development
- Create the Low-Level Design (LLD) and oversee the development of learning content,
tools, and activities.
- Design facilitator guides, participant handbooks, and job aids to enhance program
quality.
- Validate learning materials and ensure alignment with client context and brand voice.
- Integrate digital and experiential learning approaches where relevant.
- In case of external trainers, conduct “Train the Trainer” sessions and mentor
facilitators for program consistency.
- Deliver high-impact sessions directly for key programs and clients.
- Oversee seamless program execution and participant engagement.
- Partner with operations and client teams to ensure timely delivery and quality
adherence.
- Delivery Analysis & Feedback
- Measure program effectiveness against defined learning outcomes and feedback
scores.
- Analyse delivery data and generate facilitation reports for continuous improvement.
- Share insights and recommendations to enhance content and delivery quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in learning design, facilitation, or L&D consulting, with strong
exposure to corporate audiences.
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful learning programs both classroom and
virtual.
- Expertise in instructional design frameworks, adult learning principles, and facilitation
methodologies.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple client projects and leading end-to-end learning
engagements.
- Prior experience in EdTech, training, or consulting environments is a plus.
- Certification in instructional design, facilitation, or coaching will be an advantage.
