Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant, based in Gurgaon with flexibility for some remote work. The consultant will engage prospective learners, from understanding their career objectives to equipping them with suitable program recommendations. Responsibilities include advising students, managing the end-to-end enrollment process, maintaining learner databases, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless learning experience. The role will also involve building strong relationships to support learners in achieving their educational aspirations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in consultative sales, client interactions, and nurturing relationships
• Strong skills in communication, persuasion, and public speaking
• Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking
• Ability to manage and complete tasks independently within a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the education or ed-tech sector is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred
• 1-4 years of professional experience in sales consultation roles or related fields
