Ob Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
E-Learning Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
guiding prospective students and selling online/offline professional courses such as
Travel & Tourism, Makeup, and Podcasting. This role requires strong
sales ability, communication skills, and Ed-Tech industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, follow-ups, and counseling sessions.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Counsel leads and convert them into admissions.
- Explain course features, benefits, career opportunities, and fee structure.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with potential learners.
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly to close admissions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Stay updated on course offerings and market trends in the education industry.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Ed-Tech industry.
- Strong background in inside sales / academic counseling / course sales.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand learner needs and provide the right guidance.
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable with admission counseling and sales closures
