🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales / Learning Consultant to counsel prospective
students, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right program.
The role requires strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and a passion for achieving sales
targets.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
📞 Calling & Lead Management
Handle fresh and assigned leads through calls.
Make 100+ dial-outs daily.
Maintain a minimum of 2 hours of talk time per day.
Follow up with interested prospects consistently.
Convert leads into admissions.
💬 Communication
Send WhatsApp messages after calls (RNR, follow-up, brochure, fees, offers).
Share course details, demo invites, and payment links.
Maintain professional email communication with prospects.
📊 Reporting & Tracking
Maintain Daily Sales Report (DSR).
Update CRM/lead tracker regularly.
Track follow-ups and maintain proper status updates.
Ensure no lead is left unattended.
🎯 Target & Performance
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
Maintain a strong conversion ratio.
Follow up on pending payments.
Attend morning huddles and review meetings.
📚 Knowledge & Self-Development
Learn course modules thoroughly.

👤 Candidate Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Academic Counselling / EdTech Sales.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Kannada is a plus).
Strong, convincing and objection-handling ability.
Target-oriented and performance-driven.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
🎓 Qualification
Any Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in EdTech sales will be preferred.
