Job Title: Learning and Organization Development
Location: Chennai
Exp Range: 1-4 Years

Eligibility:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
Education / Qualifications
- Candidates must be graduates or postgraduates with a specialisation in Human Resources. Freshers with relevant educational backgrounds are also eligible to apply.
- Applicants should possess a sound understanding of the Human Resources domain, specifically with exposure to HR operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential for this role.
Work Experience
- Candidates should have 1–4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources operations, with a focus on training coordination or learning administration.
- A solid understanding of HR practices specific to the Singapore region is required.
- Applicants must have prior exposure to managing training logistics, administering Learning Management Systems (LMS), or utilising e-learning tools within an organisational setting.
- Basic familiarity with instructional design principles and methods for evaluating training effectiveness is expected.
- Experience working on platforms such as SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, or similar Learning Management Systems is preferred.
Skills
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Basic Reporting Tools
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy in Learning Data Entry, Session Tracking, and Learner Records
- Basic Understanding of LMS (Learning Management System) Workflows — Course Creation, Enrollment, Tracking
- Coordination and Scheduling Skills for Training Logistics
- Ability to Follow SOPs and Ensure Compliance (e.g., Mandatory Training Completions)
Key Job Responsibilities
- Effectively review and comprehend various types of transactions received from the client, ensuring a thorough understanding of each transaction type prior to processing.
- Accurately execute HR operations transactions in accordance with standard operating procedures and client requirements, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Participate in and complete ad-hoc activities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to dynamic team and organizational needs.
