Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning and Development Specialist located in Gorakhpur& Prayagraj. The specialist will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs and learning initiatives. Qualifications
Master AI Trainer – Key Responsibilities
* Deliver AI training using Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.
* Train and mentor students in AI tools, concepts, and practical applications.
* Mobilize and counsel underprivileged youth for skill development programs.
* Conduct resume reviews, interview preparation, and mock interviews.
* Assign and evaluate coursework, tests, and practical assignments.
* Monitor student progress and maintain academic performance records..
