Role Description
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team. This includes creating instructional materials, conducting training sessions, and managing learning systems. You will evaluate training effectiveness, provide coaching, and collaborate with various teams to identify learning needs and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications
- Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management, with the ability to lead and manage training programs effectively.
- Proficiency in Instructional Design and creating impactful learning content for various formats.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Coaching skills to support team members in their professional growth and development.
- Proactive mindset with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to optimize training outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or wellness-related industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
