Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Business Administration, or related field

We are looking for a seasoned training professional to join our team and drive brand standards, operational excellence, and people development across our restaurant network. In this role, you will spend significant time inside our restaurants—training future leaders, conducting audits, and ensuring that every guest experiences the flame-grilled quality our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for Foundation Trainees directly at restaurant locations
- Drive the RAP (Restaurant Apprentice Program) across the designated market
- Evaluate Shift Managers (SM), Assistant Restaurant Managers (ARM), and Restaurant General Managers (RGM) for promotion readiness
- Perform internal food safety and brand standards audits to ensure compliance
- Identify and develop training champions based on regional requirements
- Design and develop training content aligned with operational needs
- Plan and deliver Training of Trainers (TOT) for Certified Restaurant Trainers (CRTs) and conduct follow-up training
- Support New Store Openings (NSO) with pre-opening and opening training
- Plan and execute training for New Product Launches and Limited-Time Offers (LTOs)
