Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Learning and Development Specialist. The role involves designing and delivering training programs, managing learning management systems, creating instructional resources, and providing coaching to employees to enhance their skills and professional growth. The specialist will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing customized learning solutions, and ensuring their effective implementation to support the company’s development goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management to assess needs and implement programs effectively
- Experience in Instructional Design to create innovative tools and resources
- Strong Communication skills to effectively deliver training and engage learners
- Capability in Coaching to guide and mentor employees in their professional growth
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field, with relevant certifications in training or development as a plus
