Key responsibilities:
- We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Development professional who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee training programs. The role focuses on enhancing employee skills, improving performance, and supporting organizational growth through effective learning initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and business requirements.
- Design and develop training modules, workshops, and learning materials for employees.
- Conduct training sessions, onboarding programs, and skill development workshops.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external trainers to deliver training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain training records, reports, and learning documentation.
- Support leadership development, employee engagement, and capability-building initiatives.
- Assist in implementing digital learning platforms and e-learning modules.
- Ensure continuous improvement of learning programs aligned with organizational goals.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to design training content and learning modules
- Good knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to engage employees and facilitate interactive learning sessions
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development
- Location Mumbai ,Lower Parel
Preferred Skills
- Experience in corporate training, onboarding programs, or employee development initiatives
- Knowledge of instructional design and digital learning tools
- Immediate joiner Preffered
