Role Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer / L&D Specialist to develop and enhance the skills of our telesales team. The ideal candidate has experience in training entry-level sales professionals, refining sales pitches, setting KRAs and minimizing mis-selling.
Skills & Background:
Sales Training & Coaching – Experience in training entry-level sales professionals, preferably in telesales or inside sales.
Onboarding & Process Training – Ability to design structured onboarding and ramp-up plans.
Product & Pitch Development – Experience in refining sales pitches and ensuring deep product understanding.
Soft Skills & Communication Coaching – Expertise in improving verbal and written communication (email, WhatsApp).
Handling Objections & Negotiation – Training in dealing with client objections and closing deals.
Ethical Sales Practices – Ability to minimize mis-selling by instilling integrity in the sales process.
Performance Tracking & Feedback – Ability to assess and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
Relevant Experience:
3-5 years of experience in training telesales/inside sales teams, ideally in B2B SaaS, coworking, fintech, virtual offices, or business services.
Proven expertise in sales training, coaching, and performance assessment.
Strong understanding of sales and customer success.
Experience in a sales training agency, edtech, BPO, or a fast-paced startup with a strong sales culture.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
