Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer to design, deliver, and enhance training programs that support employee growth and organizational development. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in conducting training sessions, strong communication skills, and a passion for learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging training programs for employees across various functions
Conduct onboarding and induction training for new hires
Identify training needs through collaboration with team leads and management
Develop training materials, presentations, and learning modules
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and interactive training sessions
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments
Monitor trainee progress and provide actionable feedback
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs
Support employee skill development initiatives and career growth plans
Maintain training records, reports, and documentation
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or a similar role
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners
Proficiency in MS Office and training tools/platforms
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt training methods based on audience needs
