About the Role
Frankfinn, a global leader in aviation and hospitality training, is looking for an experienced Personality Development Trainer for our Hyderabad center. This role is focused on grooming students into confident, industry-ready professionals aligned with international service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive sessions on personality development, grooming, and professional etiquette
- Train students in advanced communication, public speaking, and confidence building
- Lead mock interviews and employability training programs
- Design training modules on body language, voice modulation, and social etiquette
- Track student progress and provide personalized feedback for improvement
- Stay updated with current industry trends to ensure relevant training delivery
Requirements
- 10–20 years of experience in soft skills training / personality development / aviation industry
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Excellent command of English and strong presentation skills
- Experience in workshop facilitation and student mentoring
- Strong interpersonal and motivational abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
