Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and identify capability development opportunities.
✅ Coordinate and execute training programs across branches and corporate teams.
✅ Manage New Hire Induction Training (NHIT) and onboarding learning programs.
✅ Develop learning content, presentations, assessments, and training materials.
✅ Support Management Trainee Development Programs.
✅ Drive Personal Development Plans (PDP) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) initiatives.
✅ Monitor training effectiveness, attendance, completion rates, and learning reports.
✅ Support SOP implementation and employee policy awareness programs.
