Role Description
ARTH is seeking a full-time Learning and Development Specialist for an on-site role located in Gurgaon. The specialist will design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Responsibilities include managing learning management systems, conducting needs assessments, creating instructional materials, facilitating training sessions, and providing coaching to team members. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to identify learning opportunities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management
- Proficiency in Instructional Design and creating educational materials
- Strong Communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in Coaching and mentoring professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to diverse learning needs
- Problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to learning methodologies
- A degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with technology-based training tools is an advantage
- Previous experience in a Learning and Development role is a plus
- Should Know how to use AI tool for max benefit
