Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Learning & Development Executive to support employee growth and organizational development. The role involves identifying training needs, designing learning programs, and ensuring effective execution of training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training programs (online/offline)
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions
- Maintain training records and prepare reports
- Work closely with department heads to align training with business goals
- Manage external trainers/vendors if required
- Stay updated with the latest learning trends and tools
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Basic understanding of training methodologies
