The Opportunity
As part of the Talent and Development team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful learning initiatives. As a Senior Manager, you guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You leverage agile and waterfall project management skills to manage the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of various learning solutions, while developing top-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 6 years of experience
