Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Learning and Development Sales Executive. In this position, you will work closely with potential clients to understand their workforce development needs and offer tailored learning and development solutions. Daily responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, driving business growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to design effective learning programs. You will engage with corporate clients, startups, and educational institutions to promote Skillofy_AI’s innovative offerings while achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development and Sales, preferably within the EdTech or Corporate Learning and Development sectors.
- Strong Strategic Thinking, Consultative Selling, and Relationship Management skills.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- An understanding of Learning and Development trends, including digital learning, talent development, and workforce upskilling.
- Ability to analyze client needs and design customized solutions that align with Skillofy_AI’s innovative offerings.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, market research, and sales forecasting.
- Motivation to work independently in a dynamic remote environment. Self-starter attitude.
- Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
