Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Learning and Development Manager. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing training programs, providing leadership development initiatives, and enhancing employee capabilities through structured learning. The Learning and Development Manager will facilitate training sessions, develop learning materials, evaluate program effectiveness, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management
- Proficiency in Instructional Design and creating tailored training programs
- Experience in Leadership Development and fostering professional growth
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of modern learning technologies and trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Previous hospitality industry experience is a plus
