Role Description
The L&D Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, assessing employee development needs, and delivering leadership and skill enhancement workshops. The role will also involve creating content, managing learning tools, analyzing the effectiveness of L&D initiatives, and supporting overall organizational development objectives.
This is a full-time, on-site role based out of our corporate office - Goregaon and only for local candidates (Mumbai)
Key responsibilities:
- Assess training needs by conducting surveys, interviews, and reviewing performance data to identify skill gaps and performance issues.
- Create and implement effective learning programs (in-person, virtual) that meet the developmental needs of employees at all levels.
- Lead and facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring that learning outcomes are clear and achievable.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, tests, surveys, and performance metrics. Use insights to continuously improve and adjust content. Provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Provide coaching and support to employees in their learning journeys. Guide them to resources that align with their career and development goals.
- Partner with leadership, HR, and department heads to align training programs with organizational goals, priorities, and initiatives.
- Foster an environment of continuous learning by sharing best practices, success stories, and resources across the organization.
Skills expected:
- Proficiency in learning Design and creating effective, engaging learning materials
- Expertise in Leadership Development and fostering employee growth
- Knowledge of performance management and career development frameworks.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in evaluation and assessment of training effectiveness
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources or I/O Psychology or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in Learning & Development
- Any certification in Learning & Development (e.g., ISTD, CPLP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred
- Previous experience in real estate or construction industries is advantageous
