About the Role
Infiniti Software Solutions is seeking a strategic and hands-on Learning & Development Manager to lead enterprise-wide learning initiatives. This role will focus on building future-ready talent, strengthening leadership capability, and aligning learning strategies with business and technology objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
• Design and execute annual learning strategies aligned with business goals
• Conduct skill gap analysis for technical and leadership roles
• Develop structured learning pathways from onboarding to senior leadership
Program Management
• Lead technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs
• Organize hackathons, workshops, and capability-building initiatives
• Facilitate external certifications and industry learning opportunities
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with department heads to align training with technical direction
• Work with HR to integrate soft skills and engagement initiatives
• Present quarterly L&D progress to leadership
Analytics & Impact
• Track participation, feedback, and business impact metrics
• Measure ROI of learning programs
• Conduct periodic skill reviews to ensure continuous capability building
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Management
• Experience in IT / Software / Technology environment
• Strong understanding of technical training needs
• Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
