Qualifications
- Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management, including creating and executing training plans and maintaining learning systems.
- Proficiency in Instructional Design and Training methodologies to create engaging, effective learning materials and programs.
- Strong skills in Leadership Development to assist teams in building management capabilities and fostering career growth.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or BHM, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Demonstrable commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
