Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Learning and Development Intern. The intern will assist in designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance skill development. Day-to-day tasks include managing learning management systems, designing instructional materials, facilitating training sessions, and supporting coaching initiatives. Collaboration with mentors and teams to align training programs with organizational goals will be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Training & Development and Learning Management
- Proficiency in Instructional Design and creating effective learning materials
- Excellent Communication skills to deliver clear and concise training content
- Experience or interest in Coaching and mentorship
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Passion for education, learning innovation, and contributing to student growth
- Experience using digital learning tools or platforms is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
