Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning and Development Executive located in Goa, India. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee skills and professional development. Responsibilities include conducting learning needs analyses, creating comprehensive training materials, delivering workshops and training sessions, and monitoring the success and impact of developmental initiatives. The executive will also ensure alignment of learning strategies with organizational goals and maintain compliance with HR standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Proficiency in HR Operations, HR Policies, and Employee Relations
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs with measurable outcomes
- Familiarity with the hospitality or service sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Detail-oriented with the capability to work under deadlines in dynamic environments
