Role Description
The Learning and Development Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The coordinator will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing training programs to support employee growth and organizational development. This includes managing learning management systems, conducting needs assessments, developing training materials and delivering training sessions. Additionally, the role involves communication with stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with company objectives and tracking the effectiveness of programs through performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management systems.
- Proficiency in Training methodologies and Instructional Design.
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective learning programs.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Master's degree in Human Resources.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a added advantage.
