Job Description
EisnerAmper is seeking a Assistant to join the L&D team team. With good experience in L&D role. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and areas for development.
- Collaborate with department to understand specific training requirements.
- Curate content for programs targeted at employees at fresher level, with a focus on general technical and soft skills.
- Facilitate these training sessions for freshers.
- Provide reports and recommendations to managers based on evaluation results.
- Continuously enhance training programs based on feedback and evolving needs.
- Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in external training programs.
Requirements And Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in training and talent management role
- 3-4 years of experience with designing training programs and workshops
- Ability to lead a full training cycle
- Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
- Excellent decision making and organizational skills
- Thorough understanding of training processes.
- Ability to moderate large groups.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
