Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Learner Retention Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve learner retention, regularly interacting with learners to understand and address their challenges, and analyzing data to identify patterns and opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction. The Specialist will ensure learners feel supported throughout their journey, fostering strong relationships to enhance their experience and engagement levels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Retention and a track record of maintaining high retention rates.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with learners.
- Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to enhance retention strategies.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective engagement with diverse learners.
- A demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and proactive problem-solving to address learner concerns efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the ed-tech or higher education sector is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
