Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram for the position of Learner Experience Executive. The responsibilities include ensuring an exceptional learning experience for students, managing course schedules, coordinating with instructors and mentors, assisting students with queries, and supporting operational activities to enhance course delivery. The executive will also serve as a point of contact for learners, collect feedback to improve offerings, and contribute to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with learners and instructors
- Organizational and coordination skills for managing course schedules and operational tasks
- Proficiency in problem-solving and handling student inquiries professionally
- Ability to collect and analyze feedback to contribute to continuous improvement of learner experiences
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational platforms is a plus
- Experience in educational services, student engagement, or event coordination is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in education, communication, or a related field is preferred
- A strong commitment to social responsibility and a passion for empowering learners
