A model where individuals can pursue an MBA pathway while earning through student admissions.
Role: Learn & Earn MBA Advisor
This is a
performance-driven, commission-based role where you will guide prospective students and help them enroll in MBA programs, while building your own income stream.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and guide students regarding MBA programs
- Generate leads through personal network, social media, and outreach
- Connect with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
- Follow up with interested candidates and close admissions
- Maintain daily tracking of leads and conversions
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Final year students or graduates (BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, etc.)
- Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience
- Strong communication skills (Hindi and/or English)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented individuals
- Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
Compensation & Benefits
- Per Admission Earning: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000
