Job Description: Leapwork is looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our fast-growing global team. You will receive comprehensive training on leading automation tools and technologies and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The learning and growth opportunities at Leapwork are substantial. Key responsibilities: Learn and support Leapwork's automation platform by resolving customer queries. Assist users in troubleshooting automation-related issues across remote systems and networks. Conduct online Q&A sessions and provide timely responses to customer inquiries. Capture and relay valuable customer feedback to improve the product experience. Escalate customer-reported issues to the engineering and product teams for resolution. Collaborate with customers, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Infrastructure team (ICO), product and engineering teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
