User Research Internship in Bangalore

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Conduct user research primarily through phone interviews – minimum 100 calls/day.
• Gather user feedback, pain points, and behavioral insights through structured conversations (both audio and video).
• Analyze call data to identify key trends and themes.
• Create user personas and journey maps based on insights gathered.
• Collaborate with business, counseling teams to share findings and influence user flows.
• Assist in preparing reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
