Sales Trainer - LS

About the role:

We at Leap are looking to hire a sales trainer for the Leap Scholar. It is a critical position that involves working closely with the stakeholders for training the New Hires, conducting On the Job Training, creating the training material and Quality Assurance assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• :Work closely with the stakeholders to train the current team and the new hires
• .Managing the sales training charter for the sales team
• .Quality Assurance assessments
• .Build the content & drive the training effectiveness ( train as per business metrics)
• .Process training excellence - Build, monitor and improve processes
• .Stakeholder Management / Consensus Building - Align training as per business needs
• .Stay up-to-date with the latest sales trends, tools, and techniques to ensure training material remains relevant
• .Work closely with sales managers and leaders to align training initiatives with business goals
• .Collaborate with product teams to ensure comprehensive product training for the sales force
• .Track and report on training activities and outcomes
• .Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas that may require additional training or support

Ideal Person

• a:Previous sales experience, preferably in an edtec
• h.At least 3 years of experience in trainin
• g.Proven experience in sales training, instructional design, or a related fiel
• d.Strong communication and presentation skill
• s.Ability to design and implement effective training program
• s.Familiarity with training software and platform
• s.Ability to handle multiple projects concurrentl
• y.Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and RO
