Role Description The Lean Six Sigma Consultant is a full-time, on-site role pan india. The consultant will analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and lead Lean Six Sigma projects to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness for MSME clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting process mapping and data analysis, facilitating workshops, coaching client teams on Lean and Six Sigma tools, and designing improvement roadmaps that align with client business goals. The role involves collaborating with client leadership and operational teams, preparing project documentation and performance reports, and supporting implementation and sustainment of operational excellence initiatives. The consultant will also contribute to DVBC’s knowledge base by sharing best practices and helping refine consulting methodologies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Business Process Improvement and Operational Excellence.
- Candidates should possess experience in Operations Management and Consulting.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Coaching and stakeholder engagement.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience running continuous improvement or transformation projects, preferably within MSME or similar environments.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to present findings and influence decision-makers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site with clients in Ahmedabad, manage multiple projects, and adapt to diverse industry sectors.
