🚀 We Are Hiring: Lean MSME Consultant (Freelance / Contract Based)
📍 Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
💼Engagement Type: Contract / Freelancer
We are looking for experienced Lean MSME Consultants to support manufacturing and MSME units in implementing Lean practices and improving operational efficiency.
🔎 Required Expertise:
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt
• Lean Manufacturing Implementation
• 5S Workplace Organization
• Kaizen (Continuous Improvement)
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Process Optimization & Waste Reduction
• ISO Management Systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Productivity & Process Improvement Initiatives
🎓 Education:
• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related engineering field
• MBA (Operations / Quality Management)
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt) preferred
📌 Experience:
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Lean / Manufacturing / Process Improvement
• Minimum 5 projects delivered, including training and implementation of Lean tools
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Lean assessments in MSME / manufacturing units
• Implement Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and process improvement techniques
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvement actions
• Support organizations in improving productivity, quality, and operational performance
• Provide guidance on ISO management system integration with Lean practices
👤 Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certified
• Experience in manufacturing / MSME consulting
• Strong understanding of process improvement and productivity enhancement
• Experience in ISO standards implementation or audits will be an advantage
💰 Compensation:
Negotiable – Project / Contract Based/ Manday Basis
