Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lean Manufacturing Specialist based in Abroad. The Lean Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for implementing lean manufacturing principles and strategies to optimize production processes. Daily tasks will include analyzing operations, identifying areas for improvement, conducting training sessions, and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes. The role will also require close collaboration with engineering and operations teams to achieve high-quality and cost-effective production outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations and Lean principles
- Effective Communication and Training skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently
- Formal education or certification in Manufacturing Engineering or related fields
- Experience with lean manufacturing tools and methodologies
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and implement process improvements
