About the role

What You'll Do: Business Process Analysis Analyze customer business processes to identify solution requirements Conduct problem analysis and define optimal AI-driven solutions Represent customer needs and translate them into actionable requirements Define KPIs for business impact across departments Document solutions and collaborate with Product Head Release Management Oversee customer-driven product engineering cycles with 2-3 developers & 1 product head Manage project timelines and coordinate all releases Ensure on-time delivery of updates, iterations, and bug fixes Proactively identify risk scenarios with mitigation strategies Handle scope changes with proper client approval Quality Assurance Maintain high system reliability and performance standards Focus quality assurance on business impact features Monitor post-release metrics and user adoption Validate value delivery for each department Ensure AI systems perform optimally for business outcomes Feedback & Impact Analysis Collect systematic feedback from users across Operations, Warehouse, Sales Conduct root cause analysis for issues and optimization opportunities Create impact documentation and reporting Develop strategic enhancement recommendations Track ROI and measure actual vs expected business improvements Technology Modules You'll OwnActive Enhancement & OptimizationAI Quotation Management - Enhance pricing algorithms and optimize quote generation AI Lead Management & CRM - Deploy AI agents for lead scoring and workflow automation AI Email Marketing - Optimize AI-driven email sequences and deliverability AI Warehouse & Logistics - Build custom inventory optimization systems AI-Enhanced ERP Development - Architect comprehensive AI-backed ERP solutions
