Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a LeadSquared Automation Manager, located in Gurugram. The selected candidate will oversee the implementation and optimization of LeadSquared automation tools to streamline business processes. Key responsibilities include creating automated workflows, configuring integrations, managing user configurations, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring proper documentation of processes. The role demands strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to align automation strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using and managing LeadSquared platforms, including workflow automation and integrations
- Experience in process design, implementation, and optimization for CRM or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and identify areas of improvement
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting, along with familiarity with software tools for system customization
- Well-versed in communication and teamwork to collaborate effectively with various teams
- Relevant experience in automation roles or similar CRM management
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred
