Role Description The Leads Management Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role involves tracking, organizing, and updating incoming sales leads from various channels, ensuring prompt follow-up and accurate data entry in CRM or lead management systems. The Executive will coordinate with the sales team to assign leads, monitor lead status, and prepare regular reports and dashboards on conversion metrics and pipeline health. Daily tasks include maintaining lead databases, communicating with prospective clients via phone and email, verifying lead information, and supporting marketing or sales campaigns with timely lead distribution. The role also requires collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve lead processes and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in data entry, lead tracking, and CRM or lead management tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for reporting, analysis, and dashboard creation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with prospects and internal teams.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Prior experience in sales coordination, lead management, or inside sales is an advantage.
- Familiarity with jewelry, retail, or wholesale business processes is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
