Job Title: Leads Conversion Specialist - Lead Manager

Summary/Info:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Leads Conversion Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will focus on efficiently converting leads into satisfied customers, utilizing strong communication skills and a customer-first mind-set. This position will involve collaborating with various departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs while driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Lead Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels (phone, email, social media) to engage and nurture leads through the conversion process
Ø Client Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with potential customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide information about products and services
Ø Listening Skills: Actively listen to customers' concerns and feedback, ensuring their needs are addressed appropriately and promptly
Ø Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
Ø Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up processes, contributing to the overall marketing strategy.
Ø Customer Focus: Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
Ø Performance Tracking: Monitor and track lead conversion metrics, providing regular reports to management and suggesting improvements where necessary.
Ø Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads who show interest, ensuring they are guided through the purchasing process effectively
Ø Database Management: Maintain an organized database of leads and ensure accurate data entry for future marketing initiatives
Ø Feedback Implementation: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the team to enhance products and services based on customer insights
Ø Training and Development: Stay updated with the latest marketing techniques and customer service skills through continuous learning and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
ü Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Communications, or a related field preferred
ü Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred; familiarity with leads conversion processes is a plus
ü Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively
ü Basic knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant tools
ü A passion for helping customers and understanding their needs, combined with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
ü Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
