*Required Skills*
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience leading complex SoC verification programs from planning through tape-out.
Strong expertise in: SystemVerilog, UVM, Assertions (SVA), Functional Coverage, Constrained Random Verification, Coverage-Driven Verification
Deep understanding of SoC architectures and subsystem integration.
Experience with GPU, DSP, multimedia, image processing, video processing, or AI accelerator verification.
Experience developing scalable verification architectures and reusable testbench frameworks.
Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
*Key Responsibilities*
Verification Architecture & Strategy
Define and drive the overall SoC verification strategy for GPU and signal-processing-based subsystems.
Architect reusable, scalable, and performance-optimized SystemVerilog/UVM verification environments.
Establish verification methodologies, coding guidelines, review processes, and best practices across projects.
Develop verification IP (VIP), scoreboards, coverage models, checkers, and testbench infrastructure.
Drive alignment between architecture, design, firmware, and verification teams.
Familiarity with cache coherency, memory hierarchy, NoC, DDR, PCIe, USB, or Ethernet, AMBA (AXI,APB,AHB,CHI) protocols.
*Verification Planning & Execution*
Define comprehensive verification plans based on architecture and functional specifications.
Create block-level, subsystem-level, and SoC-level verification plans and test plans.
Establish measurable verification metrics and coverage goals.
Drive execution against schedules, milestones, and quality targets.
Track verification progress through functional, code, assertion, and scenario coverage metrics.
Ensure verification completeness and tape-out readiness.
*GPU & Signal Processing Verification*
Lead verification of GPU pipelines, graphics processing engines, memory subsystems, and interconnect fabrics.
Drive verification of signal processing blocks such as DSP, image processing, multimedia, video processing, AI accelerators, and compute pipelines.
Develop complex stimulus generation and end-to-end checking methodologies for high-throughput data-processing architectures.
Validate performance, coherency, data integrity, quality of service (QoS), and power-management features.
Coverage & Closure
Define coverage models and closure strategies.
Drive functional coverage closure across IP, subsystem, and SoC levels.
Identify verification gaps and implement solutions to improve quality and completeness.
Lead bug triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
Sign off verification readiness based on established quality metrics.
*Team Leadership*
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing verification teams.
Allocate responsibilities across verification engineers and technical leads.
Conduct technical reviews, design reviews, verification reviews, and milestone assessments.
Drive accountability, execution, and timely closure of deliverables.
Coordinate activities across global and cross-functional teams.
Automation & Methodology Development
Improve verification productivity through automation, regression management, and infrastructure enhancements.
Drive adoption of modern verification methodologies and tools.
Develop reusable frameworks for verification planning, regression analysis, coverage tracking, and reporting.
