RTL Micro Architect Lead
We are looking for an experienced RTL Micro Architect Lead to drive the microarchitecture and RTL development of high-performance GPU, DSP, and AI accelerator subsystems within complex SoCs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own microarchitecture specifications for complex hardware blocks.
- Lead RTL design, implementation, integration, and optimization.
- Drive architecture trade-offs across Performance, Power, and Area (PPA).
- Review design specifications, RTL code, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with verification, SoC integration, firmware, and architecture teams.
- Support subsystem integration, timing closure, power optimization, and silicon bring-up.
- Mentor engineers and lead technical design reviews.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in RTL design and microarchitecture.
- Strong expertise in Verilog/SystemVerilog.
- Experience designing complex SoCs or hardware accelerators.
- Strong understanding of digital design methodologies and subsystem integration.
- Proven experience leading architecture discussions and technical execution.
Preferred Skills
- GPU, DSP, or AI accelerator development.
- Memory hierarchy, cache coherency, and high-speed interconnects.
- Performance and PPA optimization.
- Timing closure and silicon bring-up.
- Collaboration with verification and firmware teams.
