About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating quality leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective research and outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, online research, etc.)
Generate qualified leads and maintain a consistent pipeline
Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
Familiarity with LinkedIn and lead generation tools is a plus
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-focused
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
