Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Leadgen role based in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying potential leads, communicating with prospects, and converting them into qualified opportunities. They will maintain a high level of product knowledge, analyze market data, and devise strategic outreach plans in collaboration with their team. Proactively engaging with potential customers, they will also maintain detailed records of interactions and provide regular feedback to optimize lead-generation strategies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in market research and lead identification techniques
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with potential clients
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead-tracking tools
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Motivated to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and results-driven environment
